I was met by the check in person with a smile and explained the process, which was made clear with a smile. I then met Bob B and he reviewed my documents explaining how it all works reassuring me of the process. He walked me over to the processing room and explained how it all works together. Very impressed with everyone and their smile. Please continue in the future. Very pleasant experience in all. See you all next year.
